Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment.
(If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer free returns for domestic orders. The refund will not be accepted for order cancellation, or exchange. In order to receive a refund the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped.

A courier will pick up the item to be return within 3 days.Once we process your order you will receive an email from Hygge Luxury customer care representative confirming that your return is received. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Each bag is unique and handmade in Italy by Italian artisans, with the highest materials and leather. Variation in colour and feel are characteristic of each product. By wearing your Hygge Luxury bag its colour might change over time. Please, when not in use, store your bag in the provided dust bag.
